Secrets of a Reluctant Princess by Casey Griffin

I got a copy from Entangled Teen and NetGalley but all my opinions are my own.

Where do I even begin? Okay the story. The story is in the POV of Adrianna “Andy” Bottom a new kid in Beverly Hills and the star on a new reality show involving her family and their rising business in the bathroom world.

Adrianna is dramatic at times and a bullied girl who just wants to fit in and not be tormented by the kids she’s gonna meet in her new school. She meets Kevin and he likes him but her new friends are against it because he’s a geek, but what they don’t know is that Andy is also a geek. She’s pretending to be cool to fit in. Oh, and did I mention she was in a reality show that she doesn’t want to be a part of?

I mean the writing was enjoyable and in some ways punny, but it’s the whole clique thing. I feel like it isn’t a thing anymore tho. I just… I didn’t like Andy and reading this book was annoying because I didn’t like her and I couldn’t relate to her in anyway.

3 out of 5 stars.
